Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of signage, with a strong emphasis on vinyl graphics application, including wall graphics, window films, and other pressure-sensitive vinyl products. You’ll also work with flat panel substrates, post & panel systems, and other signage types.

This position requires precision, patience, and an excellent understanding of vinyl handling techniques, along with the ability to safely use power tools for sign mounting and installation. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Vinyl Installation: Expertly apply pressure-sensitive vinyl, including wall murals, window films, and other signage graphics.
Sign Installation: Install flat panel signs, post & panel systems, and other signage for both interior and exterior applications.
Surface Preparation: Ensure proper cleaning, priming, and preparation of installation surfaces for optimal vinyl adhesion.
Scheduling & Deadlines: Maintain a written schedule of installation commitments and consistently meet project deadlines.
Site Surveys: Conduct pre-installation site visits to gather measurements and assess surface conditions.
Customer Communication: Maintain positive relationships by answering installation-related questions and ensuring client satisfaction.
Safety & Equipment Use: Follow safety protocols while operating power tools, ladders, and lifts.
Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot installation challenges on-site and provide creative solutions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production and sales teams to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

Experience: 2+ years in vinyl graphics application and sign installation.
Vinyl Expertise: Skilled in applying various types of vinyl, including wall murals and window films.
Power Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using drills, saws, and other hand tools to install signage securely.
Attention to Detail: Ability to align, trim, and apply vinyl smoothly without bubbles or wrinkles.
Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 75 lbs, stand/kneel for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record required.
